Principal Investigator25+ years in institutional research and data analysis. Previously led DSU Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Analytics. Managed $10M in external grants from U.S. Department of Education, NSF, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Certified Lean Six Sigma yellow belt. Currently manages analytics and strategic performance tracking via PowerBI.
